Parque de las Nationes
The 26,000 m² large Parque de las Nationes is just off the N-332, exit Crevillente. It is dedicated to the European nations and the bottom represents the map of Europe. Between Cabo Roig and the district Aquamarina exit down the boardwalk to the sea, with a beautiful way with poles and ropes. Here you can see the sea air combines with the scents of wild herbs enjoy that grow directly along the way. One can also over the rocks down to get a small pebble beach and find happiness with there fossils. This beautiful coastal path along the sea is definitely worth a long walk.
On Tabarca – the 1800 m long, 400 m wide and only 40 residents inhabited island in the region, is actually prohibited all camping, water and actually build. The island it’s best to come by ferry (catamaran) of Santa Pola, the travel time takes about 25 minutes. A trip is the island always worth just because of the excellent fish restaurants and the stunning views of the mainland. Out of season, but almost all restaurants and hotels are closed.
