What so many people already do on Sunday morning at 09:30 in Pilar de la Horadada on the Costa Blanca? Yoga on the beach of Mil Palmeras.
A great deal of the city is for the free sports events by the sea. Since February 27 to May 29, Yoga is among other sports offered on the beach.
What is Yoga? Yoga is a sport for strengthening and stretching the body and relaxing the mind. The Yoga exercises are done on a thin mat, where many participants on the beach just take their towel to perform the exercises for stretching, balancing and for inner peace.
For many people, yoga goes far beyond and is a healthy way of life, including healthy nutrition. To the east of the world it is for many people a philosophy with often complex yoga exercises, as it taught by the yoga instructors in the Western world.

The map shows the exact point to the parking lot on the beach of Mil Palmeras. Whoever wants to do something good for his/her body is cordially invited to participate. The Chiringuito and beach cafe offers breakfast to yoga participants. From 11 am start more courses like Zumba and inline skating. The drive from Torrevieja takes about 20 minutes by car to the yoga class in the open air with spectacular sea views.
